60 artists come together to show their work at this community event which is well attended by the community and visitors to the beautiful McKenzie River corridor alike. The McKenzie River corridor is known for river rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golfing, biking, a world class track, wildlife and, of course, the McKenzie Art Festival with beautiful choices ranging from wood carving and watercolor or oil paintings to local lavender products, glass and children's art.

The Artists Market is the heart of the festival. The Market represents the primary focus of the festival and is considered the top attraction by festival patrons.

McKenzie Art Festival is open to all artists and craftspeople producing original art. Commercially produced work, art assembled from kits or imported art and goods are not accepted.

McKenzie River Chamber of Commerce
McKenzie River Chamber of Commerce is a business organization of volunteers providing members key opportunities for visibility and recognition. Chamber members are eligible to place brochures and business flyers in two 24-7 outdoor kiosks in Walterville and Leaburg, as well as at our information annexes: Harbick’s Country Store in Rainbow and Meyer’s General Store in Blue River. In addition, the Chamber produced a Dining Guide, a Lodging & RV Park Guide and a Calendar of Annual Events. Internet promotions for our communities provide more opportunities for businesses to connect with potential customers. We support the commercial, financial, industrial and civic interests of McKenzie River communities.

Monthly Meetings are held at member’s locations, alternating from lower/mid to upper river. Monthly meetings are held every third Thursday of each month at 12 noon. Details are posted on event calendar.
