Capitello Wines

Since 2003, Ray and Desmond are partners in the latest family adventure, Capitello Wines. Between French emersion classes for Desmond and summers in New Zealand surfing, bungee-jumping, sky and scuba diving, they have found time to create some of the best Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Dolcino in the state of Oregon. Iris Vineyards' owners Pamela Frye and Richard Boyles are native Oregonians. Both graduated from the University of Oregon in Eugene. After a decade living and working in Washington state, Germany and Switzerland they returned to Oregon to replant their roots and begin planning and developing their Oregon winery. Chalice Vineyard at Iris Hill was planted in 1996 marking the beginning of the Iris Vineyard venture.

Every Friday night through Labor Day we will have Friday Night Flights, with a live music performer and a local food vendor. Each Friday our guests that are 21 years of age or older, will receive a FREE flight of 3 wines (selected by LaVelle).

Enjoy over a dozen different varietals from the Willamette and Columbia Valley, take a stroll in our labyrinth garden, relax on our south lawn or in our old world style tasting room and adjacent covered patio. LaVelle Vineyards is a 25 acre property with an estate vineyard and working winery with a case production in the thousands.

Noble Estate Vineyard and Winery is a small family owned business that was established in 1999. We're dedicated to producing quality Oregon wines. Located in Eugene, Oregon in a small wine growing region of the southern Willamette Valley. This area has been blessed with a climate similar to that in France and the volcanic soils of Oregon also contribute a delicacy that enhances our wine flavors.

During our winemaking process we are careful not to mix crops from one vineyard with another. Each soil produces grapes with a distinct character and taste. Each wine is labeled with it's appellation such as Willamette Valley or Rogue Valley.
