Eugene Food Companies

The Eugene/Springfield area is home to several food and beverage companies with reputations know far beyond its borders. A local flavor with a kick of entrepreneurship is all it took for some of these products to be satisfying treats found across the country, and in some cases around the world.

Such is the case at GloryBee Foods, which uses actual honeybees to make several of its products – including honey candy. There is also Nancy’s Yogurt, made by Springfield Creamery and distributed nationally. Employee Nancy Hamren came to work at the creamery in 1969 and had an all-natural yogurt recipe that had been her grandmother's, and dairy technologists have perfected it into the savory products sold today throughout the U.S.

Other exceptional food companies include Coconut Bliss, Euphoria Chocolate Company, Ferns' Edge Goat Dairy...please browse through all the companies listed below.

Camas Country Mill

390785 Link Rd., Eugene, Oregon, 97402 - (541) 357-5448

Camas Country Mill is the natural extension of a 3rd generation farm family's efforts to connect the past, the fertile Willamette valley soils, and the community they feel a part of. The Hunton family grows grain and seed crops in an area that still nurtures native Camas patches scattered among the lowlands.

The Native Americans of the area used stone mortar and pestles to grind Camas root for their diet and now Camas Country Mill re-connects with those first millers of the area by growing and milling grains for the local community.
