All films begin at 7:00 PM and are followed by a lecture, discussion and question and answer period. The duration of each session varies by the screening length of the film. Screenings take place at the UO Baker Center at 7:00 PM. The Center is located at 325 East 10th Street, Eugene.
SEMINAR PROGRAM. DIVA’s winter Behind the Lens Seminar continues its yearlong program in film history with the theme of "Oaters, Tuners, and Weepies." By focusing on westerns, musicals, and melodramas produced in the 1940s, the program will explore evolving patterns in motion picture entertainment.
The series continues on Tuesday nights at the UO Baker Center located at 325 E. 10th. Each film begins at 7:00 PM with host Tom Blank providing an introduction to the evening’s film and then leading an engaging discussion following the screening.
